Charles took Max out for a little guy time last night. We have an awesome yogurt shop down the street from us that Max loves. They both had a great time, and everyone at the shop thought Max was adorable. Charles said Max just ate up the attention. When they got home Max rushed over to tell me all about their guy night. I'm glad they had a great time!

All About the Pugs
Our Little Athlete
As you all know Max is quite the athlete. He loves to play golf, baseball, basketball, soccer and tennis. It all just comes so naturally to him. Check out these videos!
This is what his teachers were impressed with at school a couple of weeks ago. Look at that boy kick! Watch closely and you will see that he's kicking with his left foot.
Charles has been working with Max on his golf form. It is so cute to watch them together. Watch at the very end where Max holds his follow through and gets that back foot on it's tippy toes. Charles is ready to get him on the driving range!

Enjoying the Sun
Max started going to MDO two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, starting this week. It was definitely a change in our routine, but his teachers said he was very good and cheerful all day. I'm so glad he likes his school, the kids, and his teachers! I went to pick up Max from school and as we are driving home he tells me about his day...which is so cute. Then he proceeds to tell me that when we get home he wants to golf in the backyard. Sure enough, I get him out of the car and he runs to the back door and begins playing golf. I love when the weather is nice because Max is able to go outside as much as he wants, and this little boy LOVES being outside. He played some golf, mowed the lawn for a little bit, blew bubbles, and hung out on his playset until it started to get dark.
This little boy is definitely ready for spring!

Little Rock Zoo
Today was the perfect day to get out of the house. So Max and I packed a bag, got in the car, and headed to the zoo. It was nice and sunny with a wonderful breeze. And the best part, we pretty much had the zoo all to ourselves! We had a wonderful afternoon looking, talking and taking pictures of all the animals. We got to ride the train around the zoo and then enjoyed a nice carousel ride before we headed home. The carousel was a little scary, but we survived and Max had a great time.
We will definitely be going back before the school year is over, especially since a new penguin exhibit is opening this weekend.
Here is a cute video of Max interacting with the Burro's at the zoo's Children's Farm.

My First Scooter
Well, we broke down and bought Max a scooter. During one of our adventures with the Fazio's to the Big Dam Bridge Riley brought her scooter to ride. When Max saw her scooter he just went crazy. Thankfully for us Riley is very good about sharing (Max, well we are still working on that). After he threw a fit about Riley taking it home I decided he should get a scooter too. Plus, I still can't say no to this little man (I'm sure this will pass as he gets older). So, I did some research and found the perfect scooter for our little beginner. Look at our little man go!
Can't wait for our next Big Dam Bridge trip with the Fazio's so the kids can ride together. Must keep practicing!
